Through hands-on simulation, participants will practise managing situations such as severe bleeding, major trauma and cardiac arrest in the types of environments where farm accidents commonly occur. Farming remains one of the highest-risk occupations in Northern Ireland, and incidents often happen in remote locations where emergency services may take time to reach the scene.
